Possibly the worst iPhone backup globally

To Whom it may concern;
I sent my phone into auto page in the middle of December 2013, as it had frozen and the screen was totally uncooperative, ie could make no actions on the phone. Not even switch it off. I got and SMS on Friday 03/01 saying it had been dispatched from the repair centre, I collection today from Altech AutoPage Bluff, I did find it a bit peculiar that as I tried to switch the phone on it was totally dead, I then took the phone to my offices and charged it and it took about 20 mins to reboot, this is most likely due to the flatness of the battery due to the fact that the phone was unable to be turned off. I did notice some new scratches on the phone that were not there prior to me sending it in for repairs which at first were a bit concerning. When the phone booted up it had the exact same problem as what I have sent the phone in for, and the screen could not be unlocked, when looking at the blank screen now that cannot be unlocked I can see lines on the back screen that were not there before. I do find it hard to believe that Apple in US are entrusting service providers such as these to backup their products in the various countries.
