I must say, I am very disappointed in the quality of the Iphone 5. I purchased my 1st Iphone 5 in January 2013, after having it for 3 days it fell and the screen cracked and parts of the glass was out. I then replaced the Iphone 5 with another one, having it for a couple of months now, the screen lock button on the phone just doesn't work any more. I do have insurance on my handset, however find it unfair having to claim for repairs when you are suppose to buy quality keeping in mind that you are paying R9500 for the device.
I would like someone from Apple to get back to me regarding this, I am not one to mistreat my goods, and hold Apple liable as a MANUFACTURER for supplying poor quality.
