Slack service and rip off prices for LG repairs

My washing machine was reported broken to LG on 21 OCT. I had to pay R627 into their bank account BEFORE they would come out, which I did. The technician came out on the 23rd, and after 2 minutes said the machine needed a new motor, and they would let us know how much.(so for 2 minutes work I was charged R627!!!).
I have phoned so many times to enquire what is happening, I left messages for Natasha in the service department, but no calls were returned. So today I called again, and was told that the machine definitely needs a new motor, and the cost will be approx. R650, and I must pay that before they will come to install it. I asked when that would be, and got a vague reply, maybe Tues or Wed next week.
Natasha has been unhelpful and verging on rude, she is not a very good representative of your company LG!!
