Ellies BFN take no responsebility for faulty goods

I bought a DSTV installer frequency kit from TV Matrix in Virginia (Owner: Manny). The 1st one's battery was faulty and I bought it with an arrangement from Manny that he will replace it ones Quintin from Ellies (the supplier) deliver a new one.

I received another a month after I bought the first one. I used it that same day, the battery was fine, the problem was that it was not picking up any frequency.

I took it back and Quintin from Ellies said that there is no guarantee on these units and that I blew the main board. HOW IN NAME CAN I BREAK SOMETHING THAT I used ones?

Quintin took the unit and told me he will let me know how much the repair costs will be. IT'S NOW 1 AND A HALF MONTH AND HE DID NOT PHONE ME WITH ANY NEWS!

I went to Manny this morning and he phoned Quintin, Quintin told me after speaking with Manny that he has nothing to say to me and that I can speak to someone else in the future.

QUINTIN STILL HAS THE UNIT, I PAID R750 for it, I WANT IT BACK ASAP.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE FROM QUINTIN AND ellies in general.
