Twisp The Smoking Alternative
Not willing to come to a compromise

Went to the Glen Twisp, and I explained to the gentleman that I have the Old smoking head for the Twisp Cigarette which they do not manufacture anymore and I just recently bought 2 new batteries for it which are not cheap at all, so he gives me head offices number which he already knows that are closed, and the head of my Twisp doesn't work anymore and he won't assist me by maybe swopping this ols 1 plus the 2 batteries for a new 1 and a battery since they don't make the old 1 anymore, now I have nothing to smoke and I only smoke my Twisp now, this customer service is appauling, there should be some they can contact to make a decision, if the head office is closed
