Samsung after sale service is the worst, i called them regarding my fridge and gave them a serial number to check if its still under warranty and they said yes it is, they then sent someone to fix the fridge and the fridge wasnt fixed still, i called them again they sent someone again who then said that the radiator is broken and they will get back to me, weeks passed i called then the lady that i spoke to said i should then take my fridge to the store they will give me a replacement i did just that n the store said they need to send papers to for approval, ive been waiting for months and i still dont have a fridge, the store phoned me and told me that Nomsa said the fridge is out of waaranty, you people are really not reliable and ive been calling to get help either people are on lunch or training: your service is really bad i will never buy any samsung product
