I took my husbands phone (Samsung Galaxy S Duos) for repair, cracked screen (R1800). Had the phone for a week, said that the supplier had sent the wrong part. When it was done the phone keypad did not seem aligned. Grant said it needed another part (about 3-4weeks). Opted for a refund instead. Waited 5 days for the refund including 2 return trips to the shop and 3 telephone calls. Not Woolworths I know, but still I expect a reasonable service with honesty and integrity.
