I purchased a kindle on bid or buy through a supplier named have2have on the 15th January 2013. The seller received full payment however failed to deliver the kindle in the promised delivery time and failed to keep me informed of the status of why the product was never delivered or why it was late and when I could expect to receive it, to the point where I gave up on obtaining the product from them and asked for my refund.
I'm now struggling to get my money back from these incompotent people who only seem to care about taking your money, and now are making all excuses to refund my money.
There's no protection in this system for me the customer where you pay in full and are left at risk of losing your money and/or receiving the goods you paid for.
This experience has taught me that buying through bid or buy even though they have tried everything to get my money back is not one I would be willing to risk again.
