Dissapointed in Ford Group

Don't ever deal with Ford in Roodepoort on 14th ave. It took them 6 months to tighten a loose driver seat. I had to take my car to them weekly for 6 months before this problem as resolved. 2 weeks ago i called Ford and spoke to Rihan. I advised him that one of the speakers in my car is broken as it is distorting. He told me that he will claim one for me as the speaker is still under guarantee. I took the car to them to replace the speaker a week ago. When i went to pick up my car Rihan told me that my speaker just had a loose wire and that they didn't have to replace the speaker but just tighten the wire. As suspected the very next day the speaker started distorting again. I took my car back this morning only to find out from Clinton Strydom that Ford will only cover 75% of the speaker and that i must still bay R300 for labour! This is unexceptable as these people can NEVER get anything right. Ford just lost R350 000 and resepct as i was going to upgrade next month to the new Ford ST but decided to rather go with people you can trust and rely on. Hallo Golf 7 and good riddance Ford!
