I purchased the LG ARX9000 7.2 channel home theatre system in July last year.
- In the last month, the bottom speaker on 1 of the tall boy towers started to fail.
- Phoned LG, directed me to IRS Tronics, advised them on problem, took speaker in for testing, replaced with a whole new tall boy within 3 days.
- Now thats what I call service
