Bad Attitude and very poor service

I Placed a order online after confitming a product on there website. After payment 3 days past where we fallowed up on the order they informed us that the product is not availible, so i demanded they get it for me since i asked before hand and they said yes. they told me i should be getting it within 6 weeks! within 1 week i received a track number for the parcel, received the item and yet again when i send in the part list for quotation again 3 weeks later still know reply or qoutation received, when i asked she said i did not specify if i would buy the parts online or if they shoud workout a qoutation. al this fallowups on my part hasbeen a verry bad service exsperiance with them she has a bad telephone manner and attitude the maneger there if you just phone in and get the answer masjien you will know what iam talking about.
