On the 1st of September Joseph from Kingdom Doors came to install a garage door at my home. On the 3rd September we reported it as we are realised that it was skewed and the screws were coming off. The lady I spoke to at their office promised me that the guy will be send over to fix the mistake. For the past 26 days I have calling them with my airtime and everytime they make the same promise that the guy is on the way to fix it. I have since realised that they careless now that they got their money and are not willing to assist as promised. Their guy by the name of Joseph always says he is in the surrounding area and will be at my house before the end of the business day but all I realised is that these people are full of empty promises. My question is: Will they ever come to fix the door or they are happy with the money they received and now care less?
