I contacted SA Door to install a Wooden Garage door at one of my building sites. The contact person was Joseph who arranged the installation. Once done i saw tha the wall and plaster had been damaged to such an extent that the wall was cracked. When i took this up with Joseph he intimated that i should read the conditions on the order. I can understand that painting on the wall could be dammaged but that the wall gets cracked due to rough workmanship is not acceptable. When i took this up with the installer on site he just shrugged his shoulders.
When using this service provider be very aware that they are cowboys and have no regard for damage to your property. When i wanted to get in touch with the owner i was informed that it would not be possible. I will never trust themn in business again. Just goes to show low price in not everything because the potential saving was spend on repairs to the wall. Think twice before using SA Door in Joburg.
