NEVER use this company. When the initial installation of our garage doors was performed, the emergency release cable was left so long that it caught in the newly installed roof rack of my car and deposited the garage door on the car as I was reversing out of the garage, causing damage to the garage door, the car and the walls of the garage. Jenrick were quick to respond and arrived the next day to replace the two damaged panels. Full payment was required upfront however (won't make that mistake again.) I was informed that the panels would be replaced first and the doors would be resprayed a couple of days later. Nine weeks later they still have my money and I still have two-tone garage doors. Both my husband & I have made multiple calls to Ricky & Lara. We have been given 3 different dates that they have promised to come & do the respraying - all have come and gone with no communication and still no completion of the original job. This company steals your money and makes idle promises. Never never use them unless you enjoy having to phone and speak to their delightful receptionist who does her best. They never return calls and their word is less than worthless. My battle continues.
