Disinterested Owner and Shoddy display of work

On 27 Sept 2013, after moving, I had my T.V. installations done. The first bill came to R3205.68. I called after they had left and informed Malcolm, the owner I was only doing and EFT for R2205.68 as they had not done the work to my satisfaction, wires indoors & outside no conduets etc to which he responded and sent them thru 3days later and i paid the balance R1000. Part two of the installation still had to be completed as the picture was not good and a T.V. booster had to be connected which was another R1390. I paid for this again told the guys that the wires outside and behind my T.V. set in the lounge still looked horrible and messy. They attempted to use cable ties inside. I had several suppliers coming in to do various other jobs even my electrician who did my light fittings commented on how untidy it was. I was away due to family illness and when i got back I called the owner Macolm who came to my house but gosh, was he not interested and made excuses from when he came in and when I got irritated with him he stomped out of my house (1 Nov)
i called him immediately and wanted to kno what he intended doing.7 Nov nothing had been done till now 19 Nov. SpendingR4596.48 .
