MAJESTIC GARAGE DOORS WERE CONTRACTED TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL A NEW GARAGE DOOR. THE DOOR WAS FITTED AND BADLY SCRATCHED IN THE PROCESS. AFTER 2 WEEKS THEY CAME OUT AND "TOUCHED UP" SCRATCHES WHICH NOW LOOK WORSE THAN BEFORE AND ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. WHEN DOOR WAS INSTALLED THEY FAILED TO CONNECT UP SWITCH INSIDE GARAGE WHICH IS USED TO OPEN AND CLOSE DOOR WITHOUT HAVING TO USE A REMOTE (SWITCH WAS POINTED OUT TO BENJAMIN WHEN HE WAS ON SITE TO QUOTE). I HAVE SINCE SENT A NUMBER OF E-MAILS REQUESTING THAT THESE ISUES BE RESOLVED AND I RECEIVE NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER FROM THE COMPANY. I HAVE ALSO REQUESTED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASSION THAT BENJAMIN COME OUT AND INSPECT AND SIGN OFF THE INSTALLATION BUT THESE REQUESTS ARE ALSO JUST IGNORED!! THESE PEOPLE INSIST ON AN 80% DEPOSIT WITH THE ORDER AND THEREFORE THE CUSTOMER HAS NO WAY OF GETTING THEM BACK TO SITE TO RECTIFY PROBLEMS BY WITHHOLDING PAYMENT UNTIL THE JOB HAS BEEN COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY.
