I purchased a product online on Tuesday 13 Sept and received confirmation of purchase. I received an email the next day stating that the product that I had bought had been sold that morning at which I requested a refund. In an attempt to keep my business they promised to order and deliver my product within a week at no extra fee. A few days later a get phoned saying that the suppliers price had increased and I needed to pay the difference. I refused as I had paid for an in-stock product and expressed my expectation to receive my product within the time frame. I emailed them this week asking for confirmation of delivery of my product. I then got a message today saying that my refund has been processed. This is a highly frustrating and unacceptable way of doing business and has inconvenienced my company a lot. This has by far been the most unpleasant shopping experience I have ever had and I wish I had read the numerous complaints on before hand. This seems to be a recurring issue that definately needs legal rectifying
