It should be noted that, this phone has been sent for repairs, however it was deemed beyond economical repair. Seeing as this product failed to comply with its specifications, and therefore failed to adhere with its intended use (ie water resistant phone, able to withstand 1m of water for 30 minutes). The product should therefore be replaced.
Maybe I should bring this to SONY'S ATTENTION.
My cousin benefitted as, SAMSUNG offer their clients to register their purchase of their new S4 phone online, this is a warranty that they will either replace the screen if damaged or replace the phone if there is water damage.
