Poor Service!

After visiting your store in Midrand for the first time yesterday (19/09/2013) I want to inform you that it was a very disappointing experience.
My list of components was handed to the salesman. I had very clearly marked each
item on the list and the amount of each needed. The salesman was very friendly
and courteous and explained that it would take a while.
After an hour I was handed my bag and proceeded to pay where the components were
checked against the invoice.
When I arrived back in Jhb, I checked my invoice against the contents and found a number
of items missing namely:
IC: DS1307 (X2)
IC: TA7358 (X3)

These components were wrongly supplied:
IC: 74AC04 supplied 74HC04 (X4)
IC: TDA 7052A supplied TDA7052 (X2)

Invoice no: I0005DO0, 10:44 AM, 19 Sept 2013.

Also, more than half of the components on my list were not in stock not even 4 common transistors. What is the use of spending hours on the your website if you have less than
50% in stock, not even one Atmel micro controller.
I am disgusted to say the least and would like a response especially in lieu of the components
paid for but not received.
