I am working for a furniture retail company the past two months i had four customers that had a problem with there lg products they told me that i can exchange the products but to get the paperwork out of them or to have them pick up the faulty units is a mission on its own if they don't put the phone down in your ear they don't pick it up the last few days i made about 15 calls a day to them if someone pick up the phone they tell you the person who is supposed to help you will phone you back please don't ever buy any lg product it will come back and bite you in the they are useless and does not know the meaning of the word customer service i will never buy or sell another lg product
