I bought my phone on the 14th of May 2013 and in less than 2 months it gave me a problem. It kept rebooting itself randomly.
I called in at the Sandton Towers and I was told to bring it in so they can evaluate it. The valuation will take 2-3 days and after that I will be told whether I will receive a new device or not.
I took the phone BlackBerry 9790 in for repair on the 12h August 2013 with all its belongings and accessories.
I waited for a call after 5 days and then decided to call in... I was told that the phone was now sent to Vodacom.
I called in a week later and the phone was with them all of a sudden.
When I call I am being told that the technician is not around and that they will give me a call.
I called again last week and still no positive feedback on when I will be getting my phone back.
It's been over a month.
