I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Siii mini at the above mentioned store on 5/8/2013 the 6/8/2013 the phone gave problems. I could only get to the the store 8/8/'13 and on arrival they refused to take the phone as I did not have the charger. I returned the 9/8/'13 and they said they would book the phone for repairs. Do note that I returned the phone within its 7 day policy, should I not get a brand new unit? Instead I'm 'patiently' waiting for my phone to come back from repairs. I refuse to have such pathetic service, I paid for a product that I'm not even using!!!
