My BIS hasn't worked for 19 days.
I have called at least 10 times and only got through to a customer care consultant 3 times.
Each time I have to give the same details and then they put me through to the tech department who every time suggest I do something that NEVER works.
I have now just been cut off by Cell C after holding for 22 minutes for a supervisor.
This brings my tally to 10 calls, 2hr 30min of waiting, 1 email (that is yet to be answered) and a visit to a Cell C store where they told me to "call the tech department". After all this, I am still without a service that I am paying for.
I am beyond annoyed and am at the point where I am going to cancel both contracts with Cell C on the grounds of breach of contract.
