No response to emails sent on 14 & 22 aug

I purchased the tobi steamer in June 2013. I am unable to use this product because the 2 pin plug does not fit into any 2 pin plug adaptor that I have - and I tried many. It eventually fitted into a plug but would heat up and then switch off within seconds. Eventually, desperate to use my steamer --- I changed the 2 pin plug and fitted in a 3 pin plug thinking it was the plug that wasn't securely plugged and still this steamer does not work.

I have mailed groupon twice and no response from them.

Bad customer service!!!
