Lat year I purchased a Samsung LED TV it gave me problems with the picture which then booked it for repairs with the supplier. The TV was booked for repairs on/01/2013 & it was returned on 25/01/2013. yesterday i discovered that the problem has become & my TV set is no longer under warranty & I cannot get help to that effect. I would like to recommend that everybody does not purchase their products because they come with poor quality as I have previously experienced this with the cellphones they manufactured i.e Samsung star & E370 which were totally useless to me. I am no longer purchasing their products.
