LG dishwasher broke. We called the Service Centre, they told us they have a 48 hour response policy, in other words they'll send someone out asap. After 3 days we still heard nothing from them and phoned again. The call centre lady was surprised that no one phoned and said she'll get on it immediately. Still nothing. Nobody called. Again after 2 days we phoned, and yet again nothing. We then realized that nobody from LG was going to respond and saw an ad in the paper on a repairs company that can fix any machine. So that company fixed it. About 2 weeks later LG phoned to hear how the service was. What a joke! They never even came out. It's a real shame. I told colleagues at work about this, and they told me that they had similar incidents with LG afterservice. I like LG products, but with no afterservice, I'll never buy any LG product again.
