I found their number in our local paper. Same day i phoned they came around and fixed my fridge for R890, the guy told my daughter, the fridge is like brand new and will not have any more problems. Well a couple of days later it was leaking water, which has never happened before. Called them back and after nearly 10 calls later they finally arrived and said that the dip tray was leaking and took it away. That was three weeks. No one has called me to tell me what is happening. I phoned and the LADY said i have to pay R250 to get it fixed, after explaining to her that it has never leaked before, she put the phone down on me. So phoned the office and spoke to the BOSS who said that they will be out on Friday (public holiday), i asked do they work on holidays and he said yes and i must not worry about the R250 it is sorted. Well they never came around. Not the fist time that they said they are coming and dont. I phoned today and now a different story abourt wear and tear and LADY put the phone down on me again.
