So I booked my second appointment for Saturday passed at 9.30 and call last Monday to confirm that everything is on track for my son photo shoot Saturday.
i confirmed the address everything. we rock up on time to the Oak dale club and guess what??? No surprise there no signs no number nobody to tell us anything, so we waisted our time and money again.
I do not understand how much effort it is to take down details for appointments, then you can arrange and confirm with your clients that everything is on track or there are change in plans.
Your customer service suxes!!! the first appointment i made i called on the Friday to confirm you did not even have me on record. i mean really, what kind of company do you run? This still goes off my bank account on collection day and you never complaint but you treat your client with no respect.
Could nobody have called me or email me?
