Almost 2years of poor qualiy

This company refuse to help there client but expect payment. I have called in so much time and the line r always busy so I wonder if they ever reach the SLA. If u do get through they drop the calls if they dont know how to help the clients. I bought 2 HD pvr decoders and can only view a few channals. I had 1 of the installers come out and as u know theres always something broken so they can make a quick buck.but I had it replaced still same problem. Then he told I need a bigger dish but this been going on 2 years. On both decoders. He then told me its the tree thats blocking signal and quality. then I ask what about the tall buildings in the city brocking satellites. I had realignments done and a new MS and new lnb input still that service u expect from a company that doesnt care because thet know they have better channals that there competitors. So its like there wzy or the hiway
