I purchased a newly released action camera in December 2012 and discovered a relatively minor manufacturing flaw whilst on holiday. When I took it back to Action Cameras this week, Warrick replaced the camera without any hesitation and undertook to keep me informed on feedback from the US manufacturer. I received an e-mail the very next day giving me full details of the manufacturers response and two days later a further e-mail on another product I'd asked them to source for me.
What a pleasure it is to deal with a company the takes customer service seriously.
