Just want to say thank you to the girls at the Samsung Repair Centre at Cenury City Cape Town. Nikita was the person that assisted me to get my S4 screen repaired. Not only was I guarenteed that it will be placed on the list of urgnet jobs, as I need my phone for work, but it was repaired a lot sooner than discussed. In addition to this the service I received and friendliness was superb. Nikita and Justine (I think?) made my day by cracking jokes, creating a very friendly atmosphere in the offices by just simply being themselves and being awesome. You guys are great. More establishments should offer this level of service as it is very much lacking in our country. What impressed me was that nothing was forced and very sincere. Thumbs up! Regarding the S4 phone itself, I do feel that it is flimsy and not as sturdy as the S3, but still a great toy. I have to add that the Samsung products and appliences are great. Have a lot of the brand in my house, would love to have more!
