In short we have been messed around by consultants getting 3 different premiums for the same car! Nikita's listened, empathised and took ownership, the information given to her was the same as what was given to the others and I got the outcome that was promised on the 15/3/2013. She is under supervision but with her coolness and knowledge should be the one that's supervising. Nikita's, you saved the deal and the day, well done keep up the good work.
