Nikita does it again!

I'd like to bring some recognition to my FNB Premier Banker - Nikita Rudolph.

While Nikita has only serviced my account for a few months, she has been incredibly efficient.
She responds very quickly to emailed requests, and is quick to assist where needed.

She also managed to get my wife an excellent interest rate on her car finance.

Nikita's last interaction also shows how vigilant she always is.
My email account was hacked, and a attempted to have money paid out to an eternal recipient.
She soon figured out that the person on the other side was not myself, and called me to discuss.

She was also very quick to cancel my cards and courier new ones to me.

Thank you Nikita; you are truly a gem and I pray that FNB realizes this.
