Ive got two contracts at mtn both top up 200
here is a list of probs on both phones
samsung galaxy s4
.battery is poor and already been replaced by samsung
phone overheats even after was repaired by samsung tts p.e
after repairs my phones screen has been damaged
blackberry z10
baterry levels dont go to zero shuts off anytime
camera doesn't work at all
constanly gets hot
not to be funny i pay R870 a month for two phones that don't work and tired of hearing its going to be repaired or what so ever im the customer and not going to pay for faulty products
heard of this site from a customer who just got a new s4 after complaining so i would like to get the same service as im not happy to use products from mtn that don;t work properly.and just to be clear even after samsung tts in p.e repaired my s4 its still not right and demand new replacement products
