My order (1776) was placed on 25th July, and I have still not received it, 12 days later. Even worse than not receiving it yet is the lack of communication about my order. I have to phone in constantly, which is also difficult as they never seem to answer the phone. Luckily they responded within an hour to a website email, the only positive. This is very poor service and I intend on never purchasing/recommending them!
