Really really poor service

We placed an order on 21/03/2013 and paid (in full) the following day 22/03/2013. According to their website, delivery should be within 3 - 5 days or could take up to 21 days. We've today received confirmation (after repeated phone calls) that we should receive the bed towards the end of next week i.e. 19/04/2013 which makes this delivery 28 days.

The most aggravating thing is that one never receives feedback without continously following up and obtaining a straight answer is exceedingly difficult. I really wish I'd had the forsight to check this website prior to placing and paying for the order as I could have easily purchased the product elsewhere.
