I placed an order to get 4 block-mounted photo prints from Silver Banana on the 16th of July via email. I had opted for delivery and so with payment made, I waited. After not receiving anything by the 26th of July, I followed up with an email. I was told my order had been delivered earlier that week! I responded, informing them I had not received it and there must be some mix up. No response. I then phoned to ask what was happening with my order, I was told that they were looking into it.
On the 29th of July, I received an email from SB admitting that my order had been delivered to another client, but that they were going to collect it the following day and have delivered to me.
Now, it is the 5 of August! I have not received anything. Their website says a turnaround time of 3 to 5 days... I'm fine if there is a mistake made along the line, but only if it is rectified. I have been very patient and I would love to receive my order.
