I purchase a series 7 smart TV from and IT wholesaler in SA on the 12 December 2012. We installed the unit on the 13th of December 2012 which worked fine
and Holiday on the 20th and returned on the 2nd Jan 2013 to find out there exists a green line from the left hand side, top to bottom of the TV.
I logged the call with Samsung on the 8th of January 2013 (reference Number 7111920626) on the 10th of January Samsung phoned me and told me they will send some one
out. 3 day's lateron the 11th I phoned Samsung and spoke to the calldesk representitive for the second time (barry. Tel 08607267864) to find out what
was the problem that no one has come out to see me. Samsung (Barry) explained that the service is 24-48 hours working (8hours a day) and seeing that it was their service policy time is 6days from day of report
that i had to wait. On the the 14th of Jan 2013 no-one had come out to see the device. I cannot believe that Samsung has a policy of a 6 day turn around
for their smart tvs that cost a fortune to buy and that they can openly say that is there service time. After much fuss a service technician phoned and appeared to do only an anaylsis o
