I reported an issue regarding finding a repacement fridge door shelf on 28th. On 29th Samsung posted a coment saying that somebody would contact me. Its now the 3rd August without any contact. A call to indicate they were at least trying to resolve the issue would have been a start. It would appear that SAMSUNGS intention is merely to pay lip service to HELLO PETER and they do not intend to resolve issues. I have a number of Samsung products that I use and this level of service makes me think its time to rethink my personal and company purchasing. SAMSUNG'S "service" leaves a lot to be desired. I am very unimpressed.
