Waited a month called back dealt with Nicole, Kerry was adv sent me two emails - none recvd, asked them to fwd me emails that were sent, found excuse for that, then they said left two messages for me on bogus cell no. Was contacted by Kerri whom adv that they were receiving part 27 July, called today as still nothing, oh we deal with so many clients, that was when we expected the part. I think I have been patient enough - WANT my vacuum cleaner - found staff totally incompetent and unhelpful - Kerry is so busy trying to cover herself that she forgets I am the client, I think I have waited long enough - Do something - train your staff properly in customer care - do they not realise how important the average persons business is or does Samsung not bother with after sales service? Job No: SA69982. Very disappointed at this rate will not be replacing any of my appliances with Samsung if this is what one has to go through!!!
