If you live in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg & are looking to buy a washing machine (or vacuum cleaner) you are possibly considering a Samsung. I purchased one of these & have been very happy with it. But, as you know, Murphy pops up on occasion when something breaks. Believe me, this is only the beginning of your problems. You phone the customer service number & deal with very friendly people at the call center who even still have your details on record from when your Samsung vacuum cleaner broke. Then the efficiency ends &, horror of horrors, they refer you to MM All Electronics, their agents in the north.
MM All Electronics are rude, incompetent, unreliable, don't return your calls, don't pass on messages, don't listen to what you say (you talk about a filter for a washing machine & they start talking about vacuum cleaners), you have to pay upfront & then you don't get your stock as promised & then again don't return your calls, they blame shift and are disinterested.
Think twice before buying Samsung because if something goes wrong (Murphy!) you will need to deal with MM All Electronics. Why Samsung links themselves to such incompetent people heaven alone knows!!!
