I contacted Samsung on Friday the 26th of July about the error code on my washing machine. They told me that their Service Centre would contact me to make an appointment to come and fix the machine. On Monday the 29th I logged a complaint on their customer service line that I still hadn't been contacted by their service provider. On Tuesday the service provider called me to ask what was wrong with the machine and said that they would either be there later that day or on Thursday to fix it. They never pitched up, it's been a week now, this is completely unacceptable!
