I had a problem with my LG 47LM5800 TV which I bought in Des 2012. I phoned LG Electronics and reported the problem. (Ref no RNE130723020898) Within 24 hours LG phoned me and made arrangements for a technician for repairs. The accredited service center technician has made diagnosis where repair is impossible and as such offer me a free exchange (model 47LA6210) replacing my current one. All this in less than 3 days. EXCELLENT SERVICE
