We contacted John Lopes from Appliance Tech to service our gas geyser. He responded after almost a week and then took the entire appliance with him saying that he needed to have it serviced and a part replaced. After several attempts to contact John Lopes he finally responded after 2 weeks. He brought back the geyser which worked for a few hours and then stopped working. This costed R800 cash. I contacted John Lopes and he advised that he will be arriving the next day to check it out. He has been promising to come over and sort the geyser out for the past 4 weeks. Now he avoids my calls completely! John Lopes is unreliable with empty promises. Please research this creep before hiring him for anything!!!
