LG Fridge repair no respons

Booked my fridge (still under LG guarantee) fault at LG in JHB, the technician responded and was told that the dripping water inside the fridge was because of ice buildup and required defrosting I had some words with the technician's procedure but left it there. The new and main fault is that the SUPERCOOL Function does not work as it should as when I bought and as the manual explains. After I spoke to Patricia (supervisor over the technicians) and explained the situation she said they would send a person. After taking leave the Friday to wait for the person and not pitching on the promised date I had to phone Patricia and arrange another date. On Monday the "technicians" arrived in dilapidated pickup truck and I explained and showed them a PDF of my fridges manual of how the SUPERCOOL function works they left to explain/ask there supervisor of what to do because they looked confused. I had to phone again because no feedback was given after a day. Speaking to Patricia she said her technicians told her I showed them something on internet of how the fridge works. If this is the way LG SA treats their customers I will not buy from LG again. I am waiting again for a response from LG!!
