LG Electronics poor service delivery

I phone the LG electronics (0800545454) to seek technical assistance regarding my solardom built in microwave on the 17th of September 2013. Phuthi took all the necessary information including the serial number and promised that the technician will call within 48 hours to resolve my microwave as it is still under warranty. After 48 hrs I call again and the matter was still not sorted. I called again on the 23 September 2013 and spoke to vusi who promised to get back to and he never did like his colleagues before. At 2pm on the same day, I called and Spoke to Thando who promised to call Patricia who is the supervisor to call me back and this has not been done.

Their service is so appalling and if anyone has technical challenges it is best to take the equipment back to where they bought it
