On 30th May my wife called your Parow branch to order a replacement part for a damaged lower fridge door shelf. (SAMSUNG FRIDGE sr/l38nmbs) She spoke to a Mr Fisher or Peters? who advised her that the part was available ex JHB and would be in CPT within 3 days. He mentioned that she would be contacted when it arrived... this did not transpire. Mid July she called again and spoke to Juvani? who advised that the part had arrived but he said it would be impossible to find it. My wife called again last week and spoke to Zinea? whilst a little more helpful said she'd try and find the part and would let her know on Friday... once again no call. This shelf holds our milk containers, and for a few months, do due a lack of a facility to store milk bottle upright, we have had to endure a number of accidents due to leaking caps.
