Ok let me start a trail of all my interactions try

I contacted you on 15 June for the first time about missing part on my fridge.
During July I called several times and went to your store around 3 to 4 times. Half a Month later an no response.

Spoke to Nolen 30 July to no avail.

Tembiso called beginning July and promised to help me. He called me back twice after that and then disappeared.

On 1 August I logged a complaint on hello peter. 1 and a half months later and still no help.

Umang called 9 Sept and send me an exploded view email to identify the part missing. I returned the mail on 10 Sep indicating which part was missing.

16 September called Umang again, who was not available, reception took my number and said he will get back to me. This is now 2 months down the line and still no help.
