Dear Samsung,
I logged a fault with Hirsch Fourways on the 22nd July 2013 for a failed dishwasher less than 2 months from purchase.
I received an sms from Samsung Ref#: 4136674439 the same day.
Complaint:
Received a call from your approved Samsung Service centre on the 23rd July 2013 wanting to arrange a time to come to repair the device. Unprofessional on the phone and was to confirm an appointment. No feedback whatsoever, and on the 24th July, a technician calls from outside my home. This appointment was not confirmed. Struggling to call someone to assist. No feedback from Hirsch who have tried to assist contacting Samsung.
Just received a customer survey call on this issue - which is laughable since Samsung have not even resolved the issue.
Hirschs have confirmed that if Samsung cannot reply or service my repair I should return to store.
Device is under 2 months old - this should be a simple swap out now.
Very poor service, communication and overall customer experience.
As customer I am having to chase after a supplier with no feedback.
