I am very unhappy with the way Samsung is handling their deliveries. I have ordered a 40" Smart TV from a supplier and for more than 2 weeks now they and I have been waiting for Samsung to deliver the stock to the suppliers warehouse. They just don't respond to any requests and absolutely nothing seems to be done regarding this order or the matter. Service like this is completely unacceptable and by paying so much for a product, you would expect much better feedback in this regard.
